Today I expanded my horizons, some nice organic baby back ribs, baby back, baby back, baby back ribs … 2 hours 45 mins in the oven. Spicy and rather tasty considering it was a first go. Saving some for Henry, not sure if my willpower will last !

although much modification, molasses, less sugar ..etc, including more cayenne pepper for SPICY ribs. I like the rough chopped ginger, the big chunks work well in the sauce.
