With the Skin On

Turns out that we lost something along the way in this high tech world, the good old butcher shop. Have been trying to obtain a pork loin roast with skin on to make crackling – that stuff that gives horrible breath and goes well with a nice pint… Have failed to obtain.

Even Bill the Butcher won’t do it. Hmm Gordon Ramsey you don’t make this easy …

So it was spicy thai style BBQ ribs…I mean SPICY…

They didn’t last long.
